If you forget the password
How to regain access to a Pleneo device hub when the password is lost.
Overview
The Pleneo device hub's password can't be recovered or reset remotely. If you've lost it, you can regain access by factory resetting the hub, which clears the password along with the rest of the configuration.
Before you reset
A factory reset clears everything on the hub, including its configuration, room setup, and the Pleneo Cloud link. After the reset, you'll set a new password and set the room up again.
Factory reset the hub
Use the reset button to factory reset the hub. See Pleneo device hub status light and reset button for the exact button hold.
After the reset, the hub restarts with no password set.
Set a new password
Open the hub's web interface and set a new password during first-time setup. Then set the room up again, running AI AutoDeploy to reconfigure and optimise it.
In summary
A lost password is recovered by factory resetting the hub, which clears all configuration. After the reset, set a new password and set the room up again.
