AudioIQ™ tuning not running
If AI AutoDeploy™ runs but AudioIQ™ tuning doesn't start, it's usually because one of the connected devices isn't supported. Check the following in order.
Check speaker support
AudioIQ™ only works with Pleneo speakers (Sonia and RoomDesign). If you're using an analog amp or non-Pleneo speakers, AudioIQ™ is skipped.

Check microphone support
Not every microphone supported by AI AutoDeploy™ supports AudioIQ™.
Example: Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC2) does not support AudioIQ™. AudioIQ™ requires microphones that have been fully profiled for performance measurement.

What this means
AI AutoDeploy™ still configures and sets up the room automatically. AudioIQ™ tuning and reports only run when both the speakers and the microphone support AudioIQ™.

Result
Once compatible Pleneo speakers and a supported microphone are in place, AudioIQ™ tuning runs automatically during AI AutoDeploy™.
