Option 1: Zero Touch Cloud Deployment 

Zero Touch Cloud Deployment uses Pleneo Cloud, a browser-based platform for defining, deploying, monitoring, and managing Pleneo Rooms, from a single site to a global rollout. 

In Pleneo Cloud, you: 

1. Create a virtual room 

2. Link the MAC addresses of physical RoomHub devices to that virtual room 

3. Once devices connect on-site, the room configures itself automatically using AI AutoDeploy 

Typical setup time: The only manual step is connecting the network cable to RoomHub. 

This approach is ideal for larger organizations or integrators managing multiple installations remotely.

Option 2: Local Deployment 

If you prefer to deploy RoomHub directly on-site, use the embedded web server. RoomHub automatically: 

1. Maps your local network 

2. Detects connected devices (microphones, cameras, amplifiers, and more) 

3. Lets you assign each device to your room with a single click 

4. Runs AI AutoDeploy 

Typical setup time: around 5 minutes. 

Local Deployment is useful for smaller installations or environments without cloud connectivity.
