How AI AutoDeploy works

Overview 

Devices are discovered, tested, routed, and tuned automatically, so the room is ready to use in minutes. Every room is set up the same way, so results don’t depend on who installs it.

Finding and testing devices 

When AI AutoDeploy starts, RoomHub automatically finds everything connected to the system. It: 

• Discovers all connected AV devices 

• Checks basic connectivity 

• Confirms each device is working correctly 

Once devices are validated, AI AutoDeploy: 

• Sets up the correct internal signal routing 

• Automatically configures Network Audio 

• Configures system control logic 

This ensures audio flow and system behavior are ready before tuning begins.

Audio tuning (AudioIQ™) 

Audio tuning is handled by AudioIQ, Pleneo's automated calibration engine. RoomHub:

• Plays reference audio through the speakers 

• Measures the room using ceiling microphones 

• Analyzes the room 

Using reference data from Pleneo-tested microphones and speakers, AudioIQ automatically adjusts gain levels and applies equalization. The result is clear, natural, and intelligible speech, tuned specifically for the room. AudioIQ is the complete measurement and tuning process within AI AutoDeploy.

System test report 

At the end of the AI AutoDeploy process, a System Test Report is generated. This report shows the status of each device in the room and confirms that everything is operating correctly.

Supported devices 

AI AutoDeploy works with: 

• Pleneo speakers 

• Pleneo-certified microphones 

Note: If you use third-party speakers or custom Dante microphones, AI AutoDeploy is not available. The system can still be set up manually using Advanced Mode. A full compatibility list is available under Works with Pleneo.
