Overview 

AI AutoDeploy discovers, tests, connects, and tunes the room's devices automatically, so the room is ready to use in minutes. Every room is set up the same way, so the result doesn't depend on who installs it.

Finding and testing devices 

When AI AutoDeploy starts, RoomHub finds everything connected to the system and gets it working together. It:

• Discovers all connected devices

• Checks that each one is connected and working

• Sets up the connections and control so audio and video flow correctly

This gets the room's devices communicating and ready before tuning begins.

Audio tuning with AudioIQ™

Tuning is handled by AudioIQ, Pleneo's automatic room-tuning process. AudioIQ measures how the room actually sounds and tunes the system to suit the space, using validated Pleneo speakers and microphones as its reference.

The result is clear, natural speech, tuned specifically for that room. AudioIQ runs as part of AI AutoDeploy, so tuning happens automatically alongside setup.

System test report 

At the end of the process, AI AutoDeploy produces a system test report. It shows the status of each device in the room and confirms everything is working correctly, useful as a record of the install and a first stop if anything needs checking later.

Supported devices 

AI AutoDeploy works with a broad range of devices, including Pleneo speakers and Pleneo-certified microphones from the major brands. With third-party speakers or custom networked microphones, automatic setup isn't available, and the room is set up manually.
