1. Introduction

This document describes the new features, improvements, bug fixes and known issues in the 2.4.1-24 firmware release for Pleneo RoomHub.

This release adds support for Shure ceiling microphones and extends Audio IQ to the Shure MXA920.

2. What's new in Room OS 2.4.1-24

New features in this release

• Support for Shure MXA920 and MXA901

• Audio IQ support for Shure MXA920

2.1 Supported microphones

Room OS now supports:

• Shure MXA920

• Shure MXA901

Both microphones are discovered on the network and added from the setup flow. Both are supported in AutoDeploy. Before you start, update the microphone to the latest firmware.

2.2 Audio IQ

Automatic room tuning is now supported on Shure MXA920. Tuning works the same way as on Sennheiser TCCM and runs as part of the system test.

Audio IQ is not supported on Shure MXA901. Systems with MXA901 are configured and tested by AutoDeploy, but they are not tuned.

Audio IQ is supported on:
