What is a Pleneo room?
A Pleneo room is a complete meeting room system, built around a Pleneo hub. Once installed, it sets itself up, tests itself, and gets the room ready automatically, performing the same way every time.

A Pleneo room brings everything a meeting space needs into one system, managed by a Pleneo hub running Room OS. The hub sets the room up, tests it, and keeps it running, so a space works consistently without manual configuration.
A Pleneo room grows with your needs. Add the devices a space requires today, and expand or update the room over time as new capabilities become available.
What makes a Pleneo room
Every Pleneo Room is built around a Pleneo hub, which runs Room OS and brings the room's devices together into one system. The hub handles control, processing, monitoring, and management, and sets the room up automatically.
Around the hub, a Pleneo Room includes the devices a space needs, such as:
Speakers — Sonia, RoomDesign
Microphones — supported ceiling microphones, scaling from one in smaller rooms to several in larger spaces. See supported microphones
Cameras — RoomVision, RoomVision XL, or supported third-party PTZ cameras
The hub is the constant; the devices around it are chosen to suit each room, and the range continues to grow.
What Room OS does
Room OS runs on the Pleneo hub and brings the room's devices and controls together into one system. Once the devices are connected, Room OS automatically:
Finds the connected devices
Tests and checks the system
Connects everything so it works together
Gets the room ready to use
