Sorting Rooms by Location in Pleneo Cloud

Overview 

Pleneo Cloud lets you organize and filter rooms by location. 

This works for a single site or many locations.

Your main view 

When you open Pleneo Cloud, you'll see all rooms in one overview, along with the devices inside each room. This is your starting point for any task in the platform.

Filter by location 

To focus on a specific site or area: 

1. Select the location selector in the main view. 

2. Choose the location you want to see. 

The view updates to show only the rooms in that location.

Add a new location 

To organize rooms in a new way: 

1. Select Add Group. 

2. Give the location a name. 

Your new location is ready to use immediately, and any room can be reassigned to it at any time.
