Overview 

AI AutoDeploy works with all Pleneo products and a broad, growing set of certified third-party devices, listed below. This list is updated over time as more devices are certified.

Why certification matters 

Certified devices have been tested and validated by Pleneo to behave predictably during automatic setup. They're chosen because they:

• Are detected reliably

• Respond consistently during tuning

• Integrate cleanly with RoomHub control and monitoring

This lets AI AutoDeploy work quickly and accurately, with no manual steps.

Certified microphones 

AI AutoDeploy automatically detects and integrates these ceiling microphones:

• Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling Medium (TCC-M)

• Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling Medium Plus (TCC-M Plus)

• Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC2)

• Shure MXA920

• Shure MXA901

• Yamaha Adecia RM-CG

Certified PTZ cameras 

These PTZ cameras integrate fully with the Pleneo device hub during AI AutoDeploy:

• Pleneo RoomVision and RoomVision XL

• AVer CAM and TR Series

• Sony SRG Series

• Canon CR-N Series

They support automatic setup and, where the camera doesn't have built-in AI tracking, guided setup for voice-based camera tracking.

A certified device has been validated by Pleneo to:

• Be discovered reliably and pass automatic setup checks

• Behave predictably during tuning

• Integrate cleanly with the device hub for control, monitoring, and health checks

• Prepare camera presets automatically, where applicable
